Meet Kim Knoppe - Co-Founder, Entrepreneur & Real Estate Trailblazer

Kim Knoppe is one of the founding forces behind Autumnwood Homes, a company he and his business partner, Brad Halley, launched back in 1987. Since then, they've been building high quality single-family homes across central Ohio and the greater Cincinnati area. Their mission? Creating beautiful homes where families can truly feel at home. From new builds to lease-to-own options and home rehabs, Autumnwood Homes is all about flexibility, quality and value.

But Kim didn't stop there. In 2003, he began Autumnwood Funding, which provides private lending to real estate investors. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started, Kim and his team have helped countless investors turn their real estate goals into reality.

A Cincinnati native, Kim graduated from Elder High School, where he made his mark in both football and track-setting records in receptions and hurdles. He went on to attend Xavier University on a full athletic scholarship, majoring in business finance while becoming the university's 5th all-time leader in football receptions. Later, he earned his MBA from Bryant University in Rhode Island.

Before jumping full-time into real estate, Kim spent 14 years sharpening his skills in the corporate world-working in accounting, business planning, and auditing for three major corporations. At just 29, he became the youngest executive at a Fortune 100 company, managing international business planning across 23 countries!

Beyond business, Kim is passionate about giving back. He's sponsored multiple real estate investor associations and has mentored countless new investors looking to build their own paths in the industry.
