Kim Knoppe - is one of the founders and co-owners of Autumnwood Homes which he and his partner, Brad Halley, started in 1987. They currently build single-family homes in central Ohio and the greater Cincinnati area. Autumnwood Homes also builds homes for lease, lease purchase and buys homes to rehab.

Kim Knoppe is the owner/founder of Autumnwood Funding which started in 2003. Autumnwood Funding lends in central Ohio and Cincinnati to other real estate investors.

Kim graduated from Elder High School in Cincinnati where he set single season and career receptions records in football and set the high-hurdle record and anchored the shuttle hurtle team track record.

Kim attended Xavier University on a full athletic scholarship, majored in business finance and was their 5th all time receptions leader in football.

Kim Knoppe also earned an MBA from Bryant University in Rhode Island.

Kim worked for three major corporations in the fields of accounting, business planning, auditing and factory administration for 14 years before starting his companies. Kim was the youngest executive of a Fortune 100 company at the age of 29 when he was manager of international business planning for affiliates in 23 countries. Kim has created numerous proprietary business models that helped propel his real estate businesses. During the 2007-2012 recession, Kim Knoppe's businesses more than doubled, expanding construction and lending to 20 states.

Kim also sponsored several real estate investor associations and mentored many real estate investors.
