To whom it may concern,

                Buying a house is one of the largest accomplishments/hassle in a person’s life. My husband and I were very nervous and hesitant to start looking for a house at this time in our lives. We just had a baby in July of 2008 and we were growing out of our apartment. Many houses and offers were made but no one wanted to give us what we wanted. After we said we were going to look no longer a quick ride down Queensbridge changed our minds. As soon as we saw this house a call was made immediately to gain information. Not only did Brian give us all the answers we were looking for he made us feel like we were in control. The lock box code was given to us and we were able to come and go as we needed. I was very specific on a price range and dead line. The dead line was met and so was the final price of the house.  I am a very picky person and am not appeased easily. I didn’t want wood paneling downstairs so they took it out and hung dry wall. They installed all new windows, fixed all three bathrooms, installed new appliances, re-painted everything and because we were a little short on money they provided a stove and dishwasher. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience and will recommend this company to anyone who is buying!  In our eyes Autumnwood Homes is a perfect ten!

Dear Autumnwood, 

On Tuesday we will close the purchase of our Autumnwood Home. The closing comes exactly one year to the day after we purchased the property under the Lease/Purchase agreement. We were reluctant at first to sign the agreement because it seemed "too good to be true" However, we checked with the Ohio Attorney General, Ohio Secretary of State, Better Business Bureau, and the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce before entering into the agreement. Upon learning that no complaints had ever been filed against Autumnwood with any of these agencies did we feel assured that the Lease/Purchase agreement was  tremendous offer. 

Nothing has happened in the past year to make us regret our decision. The house is wonderfully constructed and Autumnwood's service has been exceptional.  The Autumnwood staff has been very courteous and respectful.   We truly appreciate the company's honesty and fair-mindedness.

Based on our personal experience, we would not hesitate to recommend a Lease/Purchase agreement with Autumnwood to anyone considering such an agreement.
