We can help you appeal your tax valuation.  The sooner we receive your request the better.  However, we MUST receive it by MARCH 26^th of each year in order to meet the County deadline for filing appeals. 

The Property Tax Appeal Service includes assembling and filing all necessary documentation, correspondence with the Board of Revision, appearance at required hearings, and notifying you of the Board’s decision.  All of this is done at no upfront charge to you.  The Property Tax Appeal Service has been successful in most cases.

There are no upfront fees for this service.  Only if your taxes are successfully reduced will you pay anything for our services.  Otherwise, you pay nothing.  We charge one-half the amount of the first year’s refund or savings.  Subsequent years’ savings are 100% yours.
