Our Lease Purchase Program is a three year agreement to buy at any time.  We lock in the purchase price for the three year period and apply approximately 10% of your monthly payment towards the purchase.  100% of the down payment is applied to your purchase.  Since 1987 we have had 95 families successfully purchase their home through our Lease Purchase Program.
