Our Lease Purchase
Program provides a three year option to buy at any time. We lock in
the purchase price for the three year period and apply 10% of your monthly
payment towards the purchase. 100% of the down payment is applied to
your purchase. Since 1987 we have had 89 families successfully
purchase their home through our Lease Purchase Program.
